PPA Challenge #286 - A sketch challenge from Linda
Officially, this is my first Pals Paper Arts challenge. Unofficially - it's my second. Somehow I messed up and missed the cut-off for challenge #285 so I didn't get to submit my card. Shame really, it was a great challenge and a nice card! Oh well, live and learn, right!? So, let's get back to this week (you know, the one I didn't miss) PPA#286. Linda Callahan set a sketch challenge that was terrific! I will definitely use this one again...
Quite surprisingly, it didn't take me too long to come up with a design. So strange! Some days I completely lack inspiration but this morning - BAM! Sorted. If only I had more craft time today I could be so productive! Not to worry. So with this card that you are about to see, I've used 2 awesome stamp sets that I really should use more often which are Butterfly Basics and Hardwood. They go so well together too. I've kept the colours quite simple and opted for Cucumber Crush, Rich Razzleberry and Sahara Sand. Often I tend to use way too many stamp sets and colours. Simple is the bomb!
Cute, isn't it! Bright, fresh colours, simple and SUPER fun to colour in with Aqua Painters. This is definately a project you can do at home. Grab your supply list here:
